The school’s Principal is Victoria Lowe who is a qualified teacher & member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (I.S.T.D) We cater for children aged 18months and upwards in all different aspects of Dance including Classical Ballet, Tap, Modern, Acrobatic Arts, Street Dance and Musical Theatre.
We offer exams which are optional in all the above subjects and will perform annual school shows and take part in dance competitions around the country, all of which is optional.
Fantastic dance school with fabulous dance teachers who are enthusiastic, kind and passionate. My girls are quite shy until they come dancing and then they both have this new found confidence. They love every aspect of it from taking exams to being in costume on stage to attending summer school. We’ve enjoyed many years at this school and would definitely recommend it to others.
Spotlight dance – my daughter has been attending for a few years now and absolutely loves it, miss Vicky and miss danni are fantastic teachers and friends , the shows they put on and the effort that is made is phenomenal. I’d highly recommend any child of any age to sign up.

Been with Miss Vicky since her very first class when my now 9 year old was 3! Wouldn’t consider any other dance school. Such a lovely, friendly atmosphere – just normal people thaf love dance and enthusing and inspiring young people. My boy started with street dance and now does ballet, tap, modern, acro and musical theatre too. My 4 year old daughter dances with Spotlight too and loves Miss Vicky and Miss Danni completely. They are patient, kind and have excellent relationships with the children. And the shows they put on are fantastic – proper lump in your throat with pride performances. We love them!
My 2 daughter’s have been with Spotlight for nearly 2 years. They like different things so my eldest does ballet, tap and modern and my youngest does street dance and musical theatre. They love Miss Vicky, the music and putting dances together. I love seeing their confidence grow, watching their amazing shows and Miss Vickys friendly and organised manner. I always feel they are in very safe hands.
